Stabbing Suspect ARRESTED!

UPDATE: Arrest Made in Amandaville Court Stabbing Investigation

St. Albans, WV — The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to report that an arrest was made later Friday evening following an extensive investigation into yesterday morning’s stabbing incident in the Amandaville Court area of Saint Albans.

Detectives identified Terry Jo Duncan, 54, of Saint Albans, West Virginia, as the suspect in the stabbing, which stemmed from a domestic violence-related altercation. A felony warrant for malicious wounding was obtained, and Ms. Duncan was located in the Saint Albans area, where she was taken into custody without further incident.

She was arraigned in Kanawha County Magistrate Court and issued a $10,000 cash bond. Ms. Duncan is currently being held at South Central Regional Jail.

As with all criminal cases, the suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
