Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is seeking:

• Daniel Wayne Hall II, also known as “Monkey”
• Chelsae Lynn Halstead, previously featured and captured thanks to public tips — now wanted again

Both are wanted on Circuit Court Capias warrants.
