Bomb Squad visits school

The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad rolled into Nitro High School to give the robotics class a closer look at technology with a serious job. Students got to see our bomb robot in action and learn how it helps keep our community safe when dangerous situations arise.

It’s not every day you get to mix robotics class with real-world public safety—but that’s exactly what happened today. Big thanks to Nitro High for letting us share the work we do!
