Sergeant H.L. Summers with the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance locating Yugi Lipscomb, a missing person.
Yugi is a 19 year old, adult male resident of Coopers Creek in Kanawha County, WV. He reportedly went missing on Monday, November 3, 2025, and was last seen in the Charleston area.
