FOUND URN AND ASHES – LOOKING FOR FAMILY TO CLAIM

An urn containing the ashes of David “Teddie” Shirkey was found abandoned along I-79 in Elkview. Our investigation shows Mr. Shirkey passed away in June 2011 in Charleston.

We’ve attempted to reach possible relatives, but many are deceased or unable to be located.
