ELIJAH EUGENE POWELL

Deputy Murphy with the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance locating Elijah Eugene Powell, a missing person.

Elijah has a history of mental illness, biopolar and schizophrenic and is suspected of using illegal narctoics. He reportedly went missing on Thursday, December 4, 2025. He is known to frequent Dunbar and South Charleston areas of Kanawha County.

He is not believed to be in danger at this time.
