Missing Juvenile

MISSING JUVENILE: Kevin Allen Bailey

Deputy S.C. Sigmon with the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating Kevin Allen Bailey, a missing juvenile.

Kevin was last seen in the Saint Albans area of Kanawha County on December 23, 2025, after leaving his grandmother’s residence and turning off his phone. He is described as 6’2”, approximately 170 pounds, and was last seen wearing ripped blue jeans, blue Air Jordan shoes, and a red hoodie. At this time, it is not believed he is in danger.
