Missing Person – Cynthia Sue Holley

MISSING PERSON – CYNTHIA SUE HOLLEY

Deputy Wolfe with the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance in locating Cynthia Sue Holley, a 63 year old missing female with medical conditions.

Cynthia left her residence on Ruffner Branch Rd in Elkview, WV on December 31, 2025, at approximately 5:50 p.m.

She was driving a 2014 lime green Ford Fiesta with West Virginia registration 2TW519. The vehicle has a large black “FIESTA” sticker on both sides and across the front windshield. The rear glass has a Yeager Police Department sticker and a Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office sticker.

It is unknown if she is in danger at this time.
