Missing Juvenile Siblings

MISSING JUVENILE SIBLINGS

The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating missing siblings KYNSLEE CLINE and JOSHUA KYLE CLINE, JR.

The siblings are currently placed in the care and custody of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (WVDHHR). When DHHR attempted to take custody, the children’s parents, Lora Vance and Joshua Cline, had already fled the area with the juveniles.

The children have not attended school since December 18, 2025, and Child Protective Services has had no contact with them since December 23, 2025. WVDHHR officially reported the children missing on January 10, 2026.

It is not believed that the children are in danger at this time.
