Meet K9 Bailee 

K9 Bailee is a 7-year-old AKC-registered liver and tan Bloodhound who has served the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office since she was just 8 weeks old. By 10 months old, she had already saved her first life, because she clearly had places to be.

Bailee is classified as a man-hunter and has been certified yearly through the WV Police Canine Association and the National Police Bloodhound Association. She is handled by Lt. J.A. Ratliff, and together they form a team we rely on when every second matters.

When someone goes missing, Bailee goes to work.
