John Thomas Spencer – Wanted

This week on Wanted Wednesday, we are looking for John Thomas Spencer, who is wanted for Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses.

It is alleged that on September 24, 2024, Spencer agreed to perform siding and window installation under the business name Prestige Construction. A deposit totaling $16,843.75 was paid. Materials were not delivered and the work was never started. Business records with the West Virginia Secretary of State showed Prestige Construction was inactive and not in compliance to do business.
