The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the Kanawha County Prosecutor’s Office, has announced the indictment of David Allen Williams, 70, of Saint Albans, WV, on more than 60 felony charges.
The charges include, but are not limited to, First Degree Sexual Assault, First Degree Sexual Abuse, Providing Obscene Material to a Juvenile, and Third Degree Sexual Assault. Investigators report that at least ten victims have come forward, with allegations dating back to the late 1970s.
Williams was previously employed as a janitor in multiple schools throughout Kanawha County and also worked in maintenance at the West Virginia State Capitol and other state facilities.
