The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Division is attempting to locate Joshua Wayne Quinn.
Quinn is wanted on a Circuit Court capias after failing to appear for arraignment before Judge Webster on charges of Grand Larceny and Conspiracy to Commit Grand Larceny.
