Retirement
After 22+ years of dedicated service to the citizens of Kanawha County, Sgt. A.J. Miller is retiring from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.
Throughout his career, Sgt. Miller served in a variety of specialized and leadership roles, including as a member of the Bomb Squad and Dive Team, a K9 Handler, and Assistant Shift Commander of B Shift. His commitment to public safety, professionalism, and service has left a lasting impact on our agency and the community he served.
Sheriff Joseph Crawford and the members of the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office thank Sgt. Miller for his 22+ years of dedication and wish him a long, healthy, and well-deserved retirement.
