Missing Person

The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating TINSLEY KEITHANN JARRELL, 34 of South Charleston.

Mrs. Jarrell is described as a white female, approximately 5’1” tall and 170 pounds, with blue eyes. She has a rose tattoo on her shoulders and a Hello Kitty tattoo on her chest.

Jarrell’s grandmother reports that she has not spoken with her since 2025 and had only been receiving text messages from her since then up until earlier this month. She is possibly homeless at this time.

Law Enforcement has not had contact with Jarrell since February 8, 2026, when she was in the Sand Plant Road area of South Charleston, WV.
