MISSING PERSON – Devin Ray Barnette

On 04/20/2026, a missing person report was filed for Devin Ray Barnette.

Devin was expected to arrive at a residence in the Given area of Jackson County on April 17, 2026, but never arrived. He was traveling from the Kelly’s Creek area of Kanawha County, where he had been spending time with friends.

Devin is described as 5’11” tall, approximately 180 pounds, with hazel eyes, a full beard, and short blonde hair. He is 33 years old.

Devin has struggled with substance abuse issues in the past but has no known medical conditions.
