May 5, 2015: Body Identified as Frances Wartenburg 

The body recovered in Gallia County, Ohio earlier this week has been identified as Frances Wartenburg of Saint Albans, WV.  Dental records were used to confirm the identity today. Ms. Wartenburg has been missing since February 2015.  The investigation into her death is continuing.  No cause of death will be announced at this time. Sgt
